SENTINEL FORTRESS SERVICES
RISK DISCLOSURE AND LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE
THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TRADING RISKS

1. MARKET RISK: I understand that trading in securities, options, futures, perpetual futures,
cryptocurrencies, metals, FOREX, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. VOLATILITY RISK: I acknowledge that markets can be extremely volatile and that prices can
move rapidly against my positions, potentially resulting in total loss of invested capital.

3. LEVERAGE RISK: I understand that leveraged products (including options, futures, perpetual
futures, and margin trading) can magnify both gains AND losses, and that I may lose more than
my initial investment.

4. TECHNOLOGY RISK: I acknowledge that trading platforms, internet connectivity, data feeds,
and automated systems may experience technical failures, delays, or interruptions.

5. REGULATORY RISK: I understand that regulatory changes, exchange rules, and market conditions
can impact my trading activities and positions at any time.

II. RISK TIER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that Sentinel Fortress employs automatic risk aversion protocols that scale with
trading complexity:

- TIER 1 (Standard Securities): Stocks, ETFs - Standard risk protocols
- TIER 2 (Options): Stock options - Enhanced risk monitoring
- TIER 3 (Futures): Commodity and index futures - High risk protocols
- TIER 4 (Perpetual Futures): Crypto perpetual contracts - Maximum risk controls
- TIER 5 (Complex Derivatives): Multi-leg strategies - Critical risk management
- TIER 6 (Cryptocurrency): Digital assets - Extreme volatility protocols
- TIER 7 (FOREX): Foreign exchange - Leverage risk controls
- TIER 8 (Metals): Precious metals futures - Commodity risk management

Each higher tier automatically activates additional safety protocols, position sizing restrictions,
and risk management oversight.

III. PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

1. NO GUARANTEE OF RETURNS: Sentinel Fortress makes NO GUARANTEE of profitability, performance,
or returns. While Sentinel Fortress strives to outperform other investment services, this outcome
CANNOT and WILL NOT be guaranteed.

2. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LIMITATIONS: The AI-powered trading algorithms, while sophisticated,
are subject to model risk, data limitations, and may not predict market movements accurately.

3. SYSTEM PERFORMANCE: Historical backtests and simulated results do not guarantee future performance.
Real trading involves slippage, commissions, and market conditions that cannot be fully replicated
in testing environments.

IV. ZERO LIABILITY RELEASE

1. I HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Sentinel Fortress Services, its owners, officers,
employees, agents, affiliates, and technology providers (collectively "Released Parties") from
ANY AND ALL liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from:

   a) Trading losses of any magnitude, including total loss of account value
   b) System failures, downtime, or technical errors
   c) Data feed errors or delays
   d) Execution errors or delays
   e) Margin calls, liquidations, or forced position closures
   f) Tax consequences of trading activities
   g) Regulatory actions or compliance issues
   h) Cybersecurity breaches or unauthorized access
   i) Any other cause related to use of Sentinel Fortress Services

2. I acknowledge that I am trading AT MY OWN RISK and that the Released Parties shall have
ZERO LIABILITY for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes.

3. I waive any right to pursue legal action, arbitration, or claims against the Released Parties
for trading-related losses or service disruptions.

V. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. FINANCIAL CAPACITY: I certify that I have sufficient financial resources to bear the risks
of trading and that any losses will not materially impact my financial well-being.

2. KNOWLEDGE: I represent that I understand the risks associated with the financial instruments
I choose to trade and that I have sought independent financial advice if needed.

3. MONITORING: I acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring my account, positions, and
risk exposure at all times.

4. CREDENTIALS SECURITY: I am solely responsible for maintaining the security of my platform
credentials, API keys, and account access.

VI. DATA AND PRIVACY

1. I authorize Sentinel Fortress to access my brokerage accounts through provided API credentials
for the purpose of executing trades and managing positions.

2. I understand that Sentinel Fortress will store my personal information, trading data, and
beneficiary information in secure systems.

3. I acknowledge that data transmission over the internet carries inherent security risks.

VII. TERMINATION AND DISPUTES

1. Either party may terminate services at any time by providing written notice.

2. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [STATE].

3. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of
the American Arbitration Association.

VIII. BENEFICIARY DESIGNATION

By designating beneficiaries, I authorize Sentinel Fortress to release account information and
assets to designated individuals in the event of my death or incapacitation, subject to applicable
laws and verification procedures.

IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between myself and Sentinel Fortress Services
regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

X. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY AND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE
SUBSTANTIAL RISKS INVOLVED IN TRADING.

I UNDERSTAND THAT SENTINEL FORTRESS SERVICES ASSUMES ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM USE OF THEIR SERVICES.

By signing below, I accept all risks and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any
and all claims, now and in the future.
